Delivery and returns

 

Delivery:

 

 Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

 

Returns : 

 

Satisfied or refunded within 14 days 

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Lithologia without having to justify or pay any penalty. 

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed; the return costs remain at your charge. Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete with a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.
